After a quick bite to eat & two grande soy latte’s latter I took a walk up to Triple 5 Soul’s Flagship store where they were holding a special event. OMG…girls let me tell you that I have been seeking to purchase some nice flat shoes for the summer! Nothing that retrains my feet from breathing. And well all know that there are times were pain is beauty, and we have seen our fair share of women sporing shoes through out the summer that usually lead to over swollen, bruised, & oh so battered feet! Abuse from shoes don’t always happen when wearing high-heeled shoes either….flat shoes have to be the number one culprit for damaging women’s feet! I kid you not…and especially during the sweltering days of summer women often find themselves walking around Manhattan looking to find relief…which usually means spontaneously purchasing …

So yesterday while walking trekking around the city…I couldn’t help but to zoom my eyes onto a luscious white exotic handbag. Only to look a little bit closer and recognized that I have indeed seen this handbag before - posted on one of my favorite blog reads - via BagSnob. Yesterday I spent the day trekking around Manhattan meeting with everyone around the corner & back. I took some time out to meet with the good folks over at the Foundation. Then I headed over to visit the ladies at Married To The Mob just to see what’s cracking! Oh…before I forget - If you so happen to live out in Brooklyn be sure to drop by Studio B for a smashing party tonight! At lastnight’s Casio 25th Anniversary Celebration gala Eric Haze along side Spike Lee answer a bit of Q& A at the event! I have to admit that I am a big fan of Spike Lee, I was so star struck by him when he walked right by me…it wasn’t even funny! I can’t believe that he is taller than me…I always thought he was short….hmmm either way I had a chance to catch some highlights of the Q&A segment before the festivities. Would you believe that they shut down the bar…before the actual party took place? I guess that they needed everyone to be focused on the history & collaborations with the entire G-shock …

It was all about the Casio G-Shock 25th Anniversary Celebration which raided NYC last night! The industry heads were all gathered under one roof to “get low” on Casio’s iconic watch that has managed to stand the test of time twenty-five years later! Everyone including their grandmothers were on deck including, Eric Haze, Spike Lee, & Kanye West. I unfortunately didn’t stay for the Kanye Performance, but I heard the crowd going crazy as I left!
