Eco friendly actress Kate Hudson is set to launch her own range of environmentally friendly hair care products. The beautiful starlet has teamed up with her stylist to launch a new collection of hair products that are cruelty-free, Kate felt the need to make a move in creating a new system of hair care products after reading about all of the chemicals used on her own hair. The collection is dubbed David Babii for WildAid which will feature shampoos as well as conditioners which are all free of sulphates & petrochemicals that are very harmful to the environment.
Kate Hudson states:
“All these things that we use to penetrate the scalp and our skin, some of them are the worst things we can put on our body. It’s very difficult to make a purely organic product that can pass the sustainability test and that can have a shelf life, but we came up with our shampoos, and we did it. It lathers, it works. I use it, and it doesn’t have all the bad stuff in it.”
Kate Hudson has been working on this revolutionary hair care range for over two years, while using her gorgeous blond tresses as a testing ground. With the success of the WildAid hair care collection, Hudson is said to be in the works of creating a new cosmetics line….so be on the look out!
