In 2006, Kidada Jones created a line of jewelry for Disney Couture…..end result…starlets like Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Gabrielle Union, and many other “femme fatals” have been seen wearing the collection. Recently, one of my readers asked for my help in finding an item within the Disney Couture line….[which I haven’t found as of yet; but I am still searching!!!] …and I must say that I have been really intrigued by the collection.  Each piece of jewelry features themes from Disney’s most beloved movies, such as “ Alice In Wonderland”, “Sleeping Beauty”, and more. Hermes continues to hype up the public with their series of Animal Coin Purses & Key Chains…..and now you can understand why!!! Hermes series of Animal Coin purses & Key Chains  are definitely "eye catching"…and come with a series price tag!!! Hermes “hippo” coin purse has to be my absolute favorite out of bunch…..I just don’t see myself forking over $950 for something that is just simply “cute”…wouldn’t you agree???

Tonight, I watched another episode of SEX IN THE CITY [chapter 30: Ex In The City], and decided to do some Louis Vuitton prying……. I felt the need to take some time to focus on Louis Vuitton’s Summer 07 collection of “Drool Worthy” and or “Fool Worthy” picks. Personally, I just don’t think that consumers are impressed anymore!!!!  BTW…..if you are wondering why I didn’t add the Monogram Dentelle collection in the mix [remember LV’s Campaign Ads featured Scarlett Johansson?]….that is because that collection is completely HIDEOUS!!! I am not into the laced rendition of Louis Vuitton’s classic monogram print handbags!!! Besides, I’ve have had my “wishlist” on overdrive when it comes to LV’s Monogram Denim Patchwork collection!!! Maybe this “wishlist” compensates for me not owning any part of LV’s classic Conte de Fees Patchwork collection. Whatever the case may be, most of us women are obsessed with luxury handbags…….aren’t we??? Alright….maybe I am the obsessed one???

As I made my rounds in Soho, I decided to stop by Puma just to take a look at the newest items on display. Like wise, I couldn’t seem to find the “right” shoe……..as though this is anything new….right??? RIGHT!!! Until….my eyes zoomed in on a buffet styled display, which featured a showcase of “Fashionably L-O-U-D“ sneakers. I have to admit that I was in total “ahhhh” by the display, and naturally I had to be "I-spy-the-private-eye"!!! So while snooping around….I realized that the sneakers on display were all apart of PUMA’s ongoing promotion for their Mongolian Shoe BBQ website. I am sure that you guys remember my month long bout with finding the right “running sneaker”, and me creating concept running sneakers via NIKE ID…right??? Ok…good!!! Well I decided to come home, [ with a vanilla soy latte in hand ] and sat down to check out the website. I must say that when creating your ideal sneaker via PUMA, they offer an array of colors….which makes your visit very pleasant !!! I have to admit that this season, I have been on a mission of “PERSONALIZING” everything!!! In all honesty…..no one needs to have a clone floating around town….so why not “PERSONALIZE- IT”  this season??? Check out PUMA.com

They say “April Showers Bring May Flowers”……..in all actuality it brings soaked feet & four letter words…..if you catch my drift!!! So to prevent that from happening, why not prepare yourself ahead of time??? Try looking for a “Wellie Boot” with lining, it helps by keeping your feet nice and warm!!! Even though it’s spring, there are days when the mild temperatures subside!!! So you may just want to consider looking for a boot with some extra support.  Burberry’s collection of “Nova Check” & “Check” boots have always been my personal favorite. It seems that Diane von Furstenberg isn’t too pleased with Forever 21. It seems as though the popular retail chain has been “cutting it close” when it comes to particular pieces in their collection. WWD as reported:

Diane von Furstenberg Studio filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Forever 21 Retail Inc. late last week in Manhattan federal court. According to legal documents obtained Tuesday, the company alleged Forever 21 has sold dresses that infringe on its Cerisier and Aubrey designs. - WWD

So the burning questions still linger…hmmmmmmm ….Many of my fellow bloggers have very good eyes!!! Shopdiary.com first reported that Forever21’s “Pinecone Dress” looked similar to Diane von Furstenberg’s “Aubrey” dress [seen in the picture above]. Not to mention Fops & Dandies took note of Forever 21’s pieces that look very similar to this season’s Anna Sui & Tibi collections. In all honesty….I don’t think that this “bump in the road” will hinder Forever 21……women are ALWAYS looking for a bargain. Besides…..fashion has and always will be copied!!! No pun intended!!!

Carry - All’s….Totes…Hobos….the names remain the same when it comes down to “Over Sized” handbags. Only on rare occasions have I been seen with carrying a handbag smaller then 10" inches. Over-sized handbags have become  modern day “security blanket”…..in fact…I love knowing that I have room for everything [including my kitchen sink].  Carry-all handbags are perfect for any occasion!!! Louis Vuitton’s “Cabby” patchwork denim tote has to be one of my favorite totes this season!!! I have to admit that I have a affinity for awkward looking things!!! Also,  Coach also has a wide variety of “carry-all” pieces which fit’s the “everyday woman” persona. Remember that “carry-all” handbags are practical for everyday use!!!
